@noble bison if you do RBC amplify you'll have a really good experience to talk about during interviews, you're given a lot of leeway in how you build your product & you can stand out, especially w.r.t. having a direct business impact. I'm not sure about the resume value between the two however. Amplify teams are given technical mentorship so there would still be learning opportunities.
