how is offline onsite different from online onsite, I have never given one, do we take laptops with us or something and is it more pressure environment or less pressure environment?

For offline onsite, you can do it on paper or on hackerrank. I chose paper for round 2 (idk why lol) and did it also for round 3 since I already did it for round 2
Pressure wise I’d say it’s a little higher since there’s two engineers in the room w you but also it’s easier to connect w them face to face
Also they told me to bring a resume with me either on my laptop or on paper, paper was easier for me to pull up my resume
