i heard of higher TC for L4 at a google subsidiary

but seems to be 268k vs 276k TC. i dont think zon culture is worth an extra 8k unless maybe tax considerations (seattle vs CA)

Why are u price gouging over <$10K. Even with the state income tax, Google has a bunch of benefits that will make up for the $10K in the Zon offer.

Google’s $401K match is much better than Zon’s, you get breakfast, lunch, and dinner 5x a week, they have crazy amenities, and the working hours are extremely flexible (the more hardcore Googlers might work until 6:30 but most people start heading out of the office by 4:30 after coming in at 10)

base and stock was basically the same, amazon was a little higher and they have an extra 160k in signon bonus, definitely seems like a TC difference of more than 10k
