I got this a while ago like 2 months ago
It’s low key a scam
They “talk to you” but don’t offer you anything
They say “oh we’ll connect you with startup”
And then they ghosted after the call
Happened to me and one of my friends but could be we just got unlucky

for the a16z talent pool reach out
they interviewed me
its just resume and behavioral
yea this isn't a real proc or anything
yea they told me that too
mayve my thing was diff idk
but from my own and a friends expierence it doesn't amount to anything
u can take the interview it was just a quick call with one of their talent ppl
their whole thing is to learn about u so they can match u to a startup
but then after the call i sent a follow up voicing my interests and companies I would like to be matched to and fields im interested then ghost
