I'm planning on recruiting again for NG, so not too concerned with FT stuff, but still could be a small factor. Also, not insanely concerned with pay, ik theres a pretty big difference lol.

I'm hoping to get into big tech for ng and am pretty interested in fintech. Definitely leaning towards WF, but have had people tell me Garmin is a better name for tech roles, and I'm kinda concerned with not knowing which team I will be on.
