its mostly a vibecheck, like youll move on to the interview, but i got asked a lot of behavioral questions in mine ngl
are recruiter initials RL?
its phone -> coding round -> superday (more coding) -> offer
no behavioral after phone
the initial coding round is more about getting the qusetion right and they dont care if you dont talk through your code as much
basically a live proctored codesignal
idk i had my phone interview like 3 weeks ago and im still waiting on the coding invite
its in batches
so im in the september batch
its not long once you do the initial coding interview
people in the august batch already have offers
but yeah their process is really difficult, they ask hard questions
they accept sub 600?
