I cleared HC around 2 weeks ago and had a TM call last week and yesterday so it’s been going pretty fast for me

#

I did ask to expedite since I have a competing offer I need to get back to by the end of the month

#

And my recruiter has been fairly responsive

I'm not in the new grad pipeline. I originally applied for a standard L3 role on a specific team but that got filled so im in TM now. My recruiter is also not a contractor-shes been at Google for a while and my referrer directly pushed me to her to get things done fast. I think how quick things go really depends on how many candidates your recruiter is handling at once and how much experience they have at leveraging your situation to expedite the process. Either way, don't lose hope, most people do make it through TM one way or another

That’s equivalent to L3 basically
