Waterloo Student here, so I've already had 2 internships but I've gotten nothing from external applications (not on waterlooworks). Even on Waterloo my interview rates have gone down so whatever I did made it worse 😭

Just my opinion but I would put education first and your grad date. Since ur grad date is 2028 you might be getting less responses

Cut down bullet points
Preferably 1 line but 2 lines max
You can do that by cutting down some fluff in wording ur points
E.g. “spearheaded the design and implementation of” -> “implemented”
