Everything looks pretty good tbh I can't find many issues with this resume. Only things I'd do are:
- consider removing the discord bot project (as it's been a while) or if it's still relevant, then elaborate since you basically just say "I implemented features"
- you have quite a lot of skills listed, consider including some indication of proficiency for each of them. Not sure the best way to do this with limited space, maybe bold/underline your strongest skills?
- since some descriptions are several bullet points long, I would try to cut down on length and bold important keywords or figures, like percentages, frameworks/languages, etc. Of course you know the positions best so you can decide whether or not it's too much
- Include DSA in your relevant coursework if you've taken it
All in all though its already quite good
About the new project - personally I would say just add the project once you have somthing tangible. At least a video demo or something
