I mostly try to look the interviewer, because it feels unnatural to talk without looking at someones face

oh i got this doubt because in my past interviews i had been looking at the screen while talking to pick up interviewers expressions but they all led to rejections 😦 so wanted to know if me not looking at the camera was a reason it was like hiring manager round so
