its a ton about talking about past projects / experiences, how you are as a coworker, how would you approach this situation, etc.

usually not technical questions but while talking about projects/experience, if you bring up some decision you made, they'll probably ask probing questions about how you approached that decision, why was doing X better than doing Y, etc.

also beyond the above, expect just general behavioral questions (why 2s, why quant, etc.)
