!process carmax intern phone screening

on god i applied to this thing like 6 months ago and forgot about it and only today just got in contact for a screening interview.
lady seemed to have made up her mind already and i will have some 3 hour long interview next week

interview happened today

3 stages, first hour was with two employees that talked to me about the program and the area and the company, very friendly people

second hour was behavioural. I didn't really study for this one as I figured I could just think of good responses. Some of the questions I may have rambled too much about. Stuff like "what was a difficult situation" or "how would you communicate under x circumstance".

third hour was the technical with glider ai which was not as bad as I thought, it was more of just a platform to just share a screen coding. They reassured to me that it was more about talking through my thinking than if the code actually had correct syntax/ran correctly. I prefer this better than having to memorize some leetcode problems.
problem was basically "calculate mileage of cars given name of car" in some array var. very simple stuff
