Ya, that's what my friend did last year and he ended up getting Fall offer in July after being waitlisted end of March like me. I'm going to send another follow up in the morning making that more explicit.

Any idea on how many people that do that end up getting it for Fall? I see plently of people already getting Fall offer, so I'm curious if more positions open between now and then, or do people just drop?

idk, i got a summer offer and just said i cnat do summer at all but can do fall so i think my recruiter is looking
