The skills section needs work. Under "Programming languages/Frameworks" you have "Linux/Unix" mentioned. Under the other one you have REST APIs and Agile mentioned. Ideally, you want to break this up and showcase your skillset in a more focused manner

"Outside Experience" is uncommon to see in a resume. Try to follow resume templates for the headings, they give the best results
