I mean I think the interviewer would submit the feedback/grading, then a hiring manager would see a spreadsheet and decide what the cutoff would be to actually send replies or not?
like if you're near the bottom of the priority queue the hiring manager might just ignore you until enough candidates from the top are handled, then your name gets closer to the top of the spreadsheet
how else does zon decide who gets a quick reply and a slow reply? No fucking way someone's using a random number generator or spinning a wheel lol

But the thing is very few or if at all people before 2/10 got put in waitlist
So it definitely has to do smth with hc
And even if u had a phenomenal int after 2/10 unless u got team matched before u got put in waitlist, roughly the case
Im guessing super strong (masters) folks after 2/10 got offer, good candidates in waitlist
