lol i honestly have no idea, the team i matched with was the only team where after the call i was like "i dont think this team is a good fit in either direction"

i guess the one thing is to try to sell yourself

When did u get into TM and how often were u getting calls? (Background: I got into TM at the end of Dec and I'm just getting my first call, so I'm kinda stressing bc of the long cycle)

i got tm on october 28, i was in yt pipeline so i was only able to talk to yt teams at the time and had 0 calls for 2-3 weeks
had 4 in november (2 ny, 1 mountain view, 1 split ny/mv), 0 in december, 1 in january (mountain view), 4 in february (1 ny, 3 sunnyvale)

idk why i had so many relative to other people because my resume isnt particularly good at all

How long did it take from ur 8th call until now to receive your offer? I was thinking that they turnaround p quick but since u had an additional call after ur 8th, I was a little surprised LOL

had the call last monday, next call last tuesday, then spoke to my recruiter on wednesday and got verbal offer
