role: midlevel swe for workspace team or growth team (but it's a pooled hiring process)
process:
- 1 technical coding (leetcode style)
- 1 hiring manager round (40 mins behavioral, but if finish early, 20 mins coding)
- 1 technical coding in onsite
- 1 assignment interview in onsite (my understanding it's 2 hrs where you build some system kinda like Lyft's laptop programming round)
