Seems like you aren’t doing all that bad, hear back rate is in the single digit percentages. Big Tech is random but you should be at least getting an OA.

yeah i mean unless you are an amazing candidate, a referral is the best way to get an interview at a company you really wanna work at

even if you were an amazing candidate, if there are thousands of people applying before you theres not really much you can do lol
