I had the call last Friday, was in yt pipeline for last 2 weeks and got 3 calls after moving out. None of my hm's ghosted but I've heard they can.

- What is the future direction and areas of focus in the upcoming years for the team? Higher Level
- What other teams do you work with and how does this team fit into the overall org?
- What type of impact does the team have on customers and the world (if not obvious) Manage/Team specific
- What are your expectations for a new team member
- What would the initial months look like as a part of the team
- How many people are on the team, what are their tenures, what is the culture/vibe, WLB?
- What should I know to be prepared for the role, (tech stack, technologies etc.)
