My observations:

  1. Format of the overall Resume be it Headings, title and spacing.
  2. Try to limit the points to a single line
  3. Can add more technologies in tech stack and try to add some categories

I dont think so there is a lot issue in the resume. Try networking and reaching out to people in your network.
