YouTube isn’t doing any matching calls right? I got moved to TM and my recruiter made it sound like there would be a guarantee match and offer in a couple of days.

for yt you still submit tm form and wait for a match, but you don't interview for it. not a guranteed match , my recruiter did also make it seem very likely tho
