17th Oct: Got another call from some other recruiter to ask availability and confirm date for final.
23rd Oct : Final
23rd Oct 2 hrs after final, got a reject
24 Oct : got offer

If they are waiting that means that they are waiting for some approval/team matching, which may take time. In my case, my last interview was with my manager itself.

I've heard of people getting offers after 16 days to a month. So don't worry. AFAIK, now they are handing offers for 25th Nov. start. So I think if you get an offer within the next 5-10 days, then you'll get 25 Nov as start. Else it'll move to some time in Dec. you can follow up, nothing harm in it

AWS - Team hasnt been revealed. But skip manager and AWS is what I know.
