(Started job searching consistently since June 2024 until now Oct 2024)
- Nearly completed neetcode tree, with 180+ total leetcode done
- Gets OAs here and there, but mainly auto OAs and have been full scoring majority of these (1-3 a month)
- Gets around 0-1 interviews a month really inconsistent, but got lucky and had 2 interviews in Sept
- Only big thing: Rejected from on-site final round Amazon SDE 1 interview where I got unlucky with a non fluent english speaking interviewer with audio issues to top during Sept
I would like to conclude that I am very much struggling to get interviews and believe its a resume issue, so I would like if someone could roast it.
As for the 1 interview or so I get a month, its mainly phone interviews and I fail not because of doing bad (as a matter of fact I am pretty confident in my speaking ability and have done multiple mocks) but because of lack of relevant experience.
Where do I go from here? I really need someone to critique and roast my resume.
