how to get meta, how to cold email, insider emails
only one up to date is google's ng process email recruiter
meta recruiters change every season
so havent updated it
i feel mine is already quite short xD
if u can get away with shorter
go for it
"give me interview"
my emails are not end all be all
the only point i wanna make is
introduction > ask for interview
my idea with introduction is > make it so that im worth their time
they want ppl who can convert
oh
sure
for some companies they do
if u can name drop
that better
yea
id say
try to say ur in the process with another faan
*faang
or name drop a faang history
i also dont think most ppl like to read resumes
so i just say, i already applied, i reattached if needbe
but my thought is they just pull from the pipeline
yes
No
they wont ever suggest it
lmfao
make this super easy for them
all they need to say is yes
u waiting for them to suggset
is another hoop
why u dont say any hard deadlines
bc 1) it gives u a reason to try to align the processes tgt
this is a common request
so that they dont fall out of sync so far
- name dropping another company
gives u validity that u can convert
otherwise are u worth their time
in previous seasons they dont care so much, but after mass layoffs / last season
just speaking anecdotally here
the main ppl i saw getting interviews from meta cold emailing
was from having faang previously
or being in the process with one
other of my mentees never heard back
yeah, that ur good enough
to pass the oa / phone / final
and ur not some random shit interviewee
also (again) before mass layoffs
didnt matter
this past season, seems like it did more so
idk
i just track cscareers
and see if a good enough amount ppl get it
