too verbose

#

I've gotten too far into this point and still dunno what u did

#

recruiter attention span is short

vast rover
#

you can bold points to draw attention to specific things

#

and make it more skimmable

granite nacelle
#

comma splicing here

#

get rid of the first one

vast rover
#

links to projects if you have them would be good

granite nacelle
#

access to real time weekly expense reports

#

instead of access to real time reports regarding weekly expenses

#

also that point in general is kind of yap i can't really tell what u built

#

one api endpoint for something vague?

try to get research or TA, you haven't said how good the company you worked for is but having a finance club as one of two things in experience might not look amazing

#

you can leave the club in experience if you have nothing else interesting but see if you can get smth else

#

all the projects might be good if you actually implemented all of them or they could just be copied cause a lot of them are kinda generic (like netflix clone)

#

shoutout whoever this belongs to, but I suggest emulating how to the point their bullets are

vast rover
#

nice

#

Honestly confused whether that helps or hurts resumes. If recruiters have seen it a lot they might see it as a red flag but otherwise it might be okay

#

i would just leave it off to be safe

#

would be hard to explain during interviews

#

see if I was a hiring manager I would see that as a negative signal

#

but im not a hiring manager

#

people 10 years older than me who arent in cscd are hiring managers

#

with how many people have headstarter, i wouldn't be surprised if people see it on multiple resumes

granite nacelle
#

My educated guess is that they're going to see headstarter on a LOT of ngmi resumes and begin to form negative connotations

vast rover
#

nah 4 is alr quite a lot

#

try to get the research and then put that instead of one of your projects

#

1 internship + 1 research exp + 1 club leadership sounds fine

#

yeah, i would say unique > generic almost all the time

#

though i would make sure to cover the skills of the jobs you are applying for

#

eg. backend (Java, Go, etc), frontend (React, html/css), embedded (C)

#

if you don't have anythign else, just leave the club

#

i lowkey think some recruiters won't even bother reading all your projects

#

yeah, sounds like it makes sense
