honestly thats a tough question, everything seems really valuable so i see why you included it all
if i had to choose, i personally would remove the project since. i'd value corporate experience over a smaller project especially since u listed a good amount of technologies in your f500 internship. the project could be worth putting on your github/linkedin and/or mentioning it in an interview once u get ur foot in the door
with that removed spaced, definitely beef up your other bullets as much as possible with the XYZ format
