also if it makes sense then i'd try to rename scale AI role from QA engineer to software engineer since it sounds better, but ig it depends on what you do for scale

not entirely sure how to view the scale role (i think at a glance it looks quite cool), but ik this type of role is looked down upon by many people so i'd try to reach out to SWEs
I'd change the font, add some more space (perhaps drop a project) and consider expanding SDE (off change an HR person doesn't know)
personally i think its quite cool, but you're working for the enemy lol
(but also like its not exactly an engineering role)
the current writing also makes it seem like you may have done the RLHF, which may come across as disingenious
