First on the projects, I'd definitely give it more lines, I think you could give each project at least two bullets each to elaborate what you've worked on since that is the main thing people will judge on after education (and employment)

Also, i'd use more standard formatting

I'dmove employment below projects (or at least below skills) and i'd also reduce the excess space between dividers (stands out at the top)

possibly reallocate to make the font larger elsewhere (it seems a bit small at a glance)

I'd also highlight the employment role (barely visible rn) and perhaps mention more specifically what you did as an instructor (i.e. held office hours, led assignments, perhaps improved test scores or something, maybe how many students)
