- I think your ordering of bullet points for the capstone program is not ideal, I think your technical work should be first, soft skills should be further down. So the point about the client portal and css styles should be first and second
- instead of saying Restructured css styles - I would use the words 'created a design system for better visual consistency...' as that sounds like more generic and recognizable language

- consider replacing development duration with development time or '25% faster development cycles'
- how did you enhance user satisfaction (not clear to me), how do you know?
- Optimizing the application performance must have involved some kind of benchmarking (or else how do you optimized it?) so definitely include that metric

- I think your projects are very strong - nice job, Consider adding links if possible (at least to a github if it's not live). If there are hyperlinks on your resume already, then you should some visual indication that they are clickable
