you could use a better resume format, find 1 u like by looking at others or a common one is jakes resume on overleaf

you also bold a lot of things which dont need to be bolded imo.

try to add some numbers into your work exp and bold that. also make the bullet points better by using XYZ Method

and id just make your skills section like this

Programming Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, PHP, C, MATLAB
Libraries: NodeJS, Express, Flask, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Passport, Matplotlib, Scrapy, OpenGL, Pygame, TKinter

Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, SQLite

if u use jakes resume, and dont have enough room for ur projects then just dont include them
