You waste space with generic bullets like: "Designed and implemented code using OOP principles and data structures in java".
That's a lot of words to say: "Using Java, did something"
And then the second bullet says you encapsulated via inheritance and polymorphism. Yes, we know what OOP means.
Worry less about sounding "businessy", and say more about what, how and why you did this.
