Since May'23, I've been sending out resumes, but big tech is ghosting me faster than a forgotten browser tab. Even with decent interview skills and strong LC/Systems Design knowledge, I keep hitting the "experience doesn't align" wall in final rounds.
I'm open to some honest, constructive feedback on my resume. Maybe I'm missing keywords, formatting it wrong, or highlighting the wrong things.
If you've cracked the big tech code or know what makes a resume shine, your insights would be golden!
Just looking to improve and land that dream job. Any advice is appreciated!
