Tell them I am waiting for decision from another company and they pay slightly higher(which is true, but I guess they wont check), if they could match the offer I will just sign

It's just a gamble of negotiation. It depends on how confident you are and whether you can afford to loose it.

No one will rescind an offer for negotiating unless they are really a shit company. Go for it, tell them the truth that you have a verbal offer and see what happens
