I've had this issue with a previous job ID as well. So is it like employees can still refer me but I wouldn't be able to open the form if the job they referred to doesn't accept referrals? (because the mail says I can apply for 3 jobs at once, so I thought they always refer a person so that they can apply themselves rather than to a job posting?
