First off, thank you for being passionate about developing. You are RARE. I think if you'll get interviews soon. Your GH looks better than mine, I am so impressed ๐
Your projects section is great, love the live sites. Just be aware that recruiters probably only look at your links, and the machine reads for keywords, so optimize accordingly. Unsure if you need to repeat "full stack development" on each project title, just mention it within a bulletpoint and the machine will pick it up as a keyword.
Write out September.
Always: Education > Work > Projects > Skills
Since your experience is not in software, it is OK to remove the last job and fill in that space with other things you have worked on that is tech adjacent or another project. If not, then it's fine to leave if you'd like.
Education, the 1000+ hrs isn't impressive, write out the courses you took instead. Also, was it a certification course or bootcamp? (I'm unsure if there's a difference in how you should write it.)
Skills, best to break down like everyone else... languages, etc. when you're in final interviews they focus on this section heavily. I even had managers look over my GH while interviewing me ๐
Also write out BA...Bachelors
