Is it possible to add a couple more projects?

#

Were you laid off or looking to switch to another company?

#

Since you have FT working experience, and it says you're still there, bump your educate down.

#

Also be wary of recruiters wondering why you'd like to switch companies only after a few months-- if you were not laid off. You would be applying to early career jobs 0-3 years of experience

hey, yeah I wasn't laid off but my team's going through a reorg so I wanted to test the market

#

unfortunately I don't have other projects that are on the level of the one I listed or that I'm particularly proud of

#

sounds good I'll bump education down

I just realized the title says you are applying for entry level positions, not the next level. Therefore, I believe it’s up to you if you want to put the education beneath your experience. Usually you place it underneath. But since it’s an extremely tough market for entry level, consider following suit with education first.
