I applied late August and I did the OAs the week after, like early September?

Iirc the OAs werent hackerrank style OAs, one of them was a video OA where you had to talk about yourself like a hirevue, and the other OA i am not 100% sure but it might've been one of those pymetrics ones 💀

I thought I did well on the interview it was mostly behavioral and they only asked me 3 technical which was basic Comp Sci stuff, but I ended up getting rejected lol the recruiter told me something along the lines of my background wasnt what they were looking for and it was a competitive process
