Applied mid July, got offer to do OA from different team. 2 rounds (including final) then reject.
Different team (fact soft) reaches out in late August, doesn't make me redo OA cuz I already did it (they asked if I already interviewed), did 2 technicals, scheduling call to discuss offer now.
