Given a csv of movies, which has id, movie name, year, and list of genres, like this:
12,Spiderman,2023,Animation|Action
Create a data structure that can store all (almost a few million datapoints) of movies and then given a query of start date and end date and movie genre, return a list of movies that satisfy this condition
