I think your resume is a bit generic, it doesn't really standout to me

so I'd try to work on figuring how to stand out

I'd look through all the resumes and posts in this server and figure out what they got that's missing in yours

I think your projects are pretty basic

for example what stands out to me is: instead of a website that's a simple frontend + backend db

create a project that's like a start up, has scaling, solves a real world problem and uses enterprise level technologies

I'd try to beef up your projects

yeah treat it like a startup or something

and use whatever techs needed

honestly you just need a new mindset, if your resume was perfect 10/10 then you would be getting every interview.
