uhh considering that OP is using overleaf, I HIGHLY doubt it has to do with ATS

people using Jake's having similar callback rates confirms this

considering recruiters see hundreds of Jake's unless OP has big names, I think it's better to have a novel style of resume, assuming it's readable and pleasant to look at

if OP had big names/unicorns I would swap to Jake's otherwise I think original template is good
