I just accessed this website again. It is up and running.
When you run this website, there would be a base64.

I dont understand or see the challenge, like where should i look for the flags?

This base64 has a paragraph written. It just indicates the flag length (length 7 and should be in dictonary). The main idea is to observe the URL.
This is enough to get going.

yeah i did that already, but do i make up the word by myself and it just has to meet the requirments of the flag?
cuz i thought there should be some kind of puzzle or a paragraph where I should be looking for the word in

the url is sql statement. You need to exploit that.
That paragraph is not directly related to flags.
