cut out the summary, remove the negative white space on top of your name (makes things look unprofessional and displeasing to look at), put skills section below education section, remove the bullet point from that while you're at it and just format as [skills: insert languages here]

Instead of a summary focus on adding more bullet points and STAR method what you did in your experiences and projects

you can just put what technologies you used on your projects in-line before the github link

formatting aside, id say in general is that for each thing (especially projects), have at least 2, maybe at most 4 bullet points about what you did

and simplify your sentences

Project 2 especially, since it's bordering on a run-on sentence

Show impact and results in the projects more, and if you don't have anything substantial to say about your projects, work on more complex impactful ones you'd like to make while learning a new language or framework at that

but the projects here look great enough to elaborate more on in resume and interviews
