hm tbh the projects are probably fine; I think the internship itself + your current projects should be enough to carry you to faang-level companies
but if you have the extra bandwidth then maybe try a different type of project aside from full-stack web apps, like compilers or games? here's a list of project ideas and tutorials for how to get started on them
