#does this point make sense?

When you increased code coverage, what was the previous value? You could rephrase the bullet to:

Increased code coverage from X% to 80% by using Jenkins and TypeScript to configure build server deployment to reject commits with inadequate tests

Notice how the main selling point (you increasing code coverage by a measurable amount) is in the first few words of the bullet point. People reading your resume may only have a minute to skim through it, so putting the juicy quantitative details right at the beginning of each bullet point makes it more likely to be noticed

#

I guess the secret for each bullet point is to phrase it like

What you did, aka the result, (include some quantifiable information like a percentage or amount) + how you did it

#

Oh yeah I see what you mean by contradictory....Did removing the inadequate tests allow for more adequate tests to be created?

#

How did removing the bad tests allow for code coverage to increase?

#

Yeah i don't know which is better, tbh lol. But a lot of people have told me to include the result first lol

You could rephrase the bullet to

Increased code coverage from X% to 80% by using Jenkins and TypeScript to configure build server deployment to only include new test files with 80% or more coverage or something idk
