Was recently laid off, asked for resume reviews from my old manager, my old TL and this is what I ended up with. Is there anything else I can improve? I'm getting resume rejected left and right but I don't know if it's because the resume is genuinely awful or if RNGesus just hates me.

I think it really has to be shitty luck. This is a good resume, UW is a great school and you're a former Meta SWE, so if you're keeping your interviewing sharp and have some savings you'll ride this out just fine.

Yeah hopefully, thanks for that. I'm on Visa so I'm inclined to think that that's prob a disadvantage in job apps.

Ooh damn, yeah that's probably a contributing factor. Sucks that another year or two on the job and you prob would've got some type of permanent residency/green card
Your skills/qualifications are on point though, and I believe that you'll get another great offer!
