I have a few suggestions but honestly this market's pretty rough - this isn't a "bad" resume by any means

I'd either eliminate the objective section or narrow it to one bullet point

You don't need to mention the associate's and the bachelor's - just trim the education section to the 4 yr institution and add either a leadership section or a third project

I'd also try and include more concrete, technical details for your internship at the local startup. Again, these are more nitpicky details but they at least make your resume look more professional and information-efficient (can't speak how well it'll improve your resume for TAS scanning tho)

It's a nitpicky thing but I would advise you to keep your date formatting the same. The date format for the education and projects section looks different than the experience section (this one is smaller and italicized). I would switch the location of each of your experiences with the date of the respective experience so all the dates look consistent.
