Also just be yourself in the interview. If I remember correctly, almost all of it is behavioral and they just want to see that you're interested in learning/working there. You'll do great!

Makes sense. If you're looking at the Bay Area for your location, just be warned that they can't tell you which city in the Bay Area you'll actually be assigned to or what team you'll be on. Probably the biggest reason I declined.

When I got my offer, they first gave me a verbal offer about 1 to 1.5 weeks after my interview, followed by my written offer 2-3 days after that phone call.
