Applied to all big tech companies. Around 50 applications and received ~30% Online Assessments questions before the technical interview rounds. I would normally get good scores on the OA's but would be denied after the test. Makes me think it is a resume issue.

I would try to use a one column resume template
also remove any experiences that are not related to software engineering like admin assistant

talk more about your personal projects and what you've done for them
what and how you built them and with what technologies
I would also shorten the military part too since it's not too relevant
unless you're applying to some defense company
