my guess is they have a priority queue of resumes

but also my application didnt fully submit the first time because of the 6 month cooldown, got-auto rejected, then changed to submitted on oct 3rd

but someone confirmed that the og date attached to the app is still june

hopefully it isn't and was added to the queue after it changed to submitted on the 3rd

it seems like they've been slowing down hiring with people getting added on to waitlists and stuff so hopefully it's just them being a bit slower and more selective with things slowing down

and that they'll ramp up hiring in a few months if the economy gets better or something
